2. Visiting this website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or any tracking tools, and it loads no third-party content: fonts and images are served from our own domain.
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). To deliver the pages and protect the service against abuse, Netlify automatically processes technical data about each request (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type). Netlify acts as our processor and keeps these logs only for a short period. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Contacting us by e-mail
When you write to us, we process your name, e-mail address, any other contact details you choose to share and the content of your message, so that we can reply and discuss a potential collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose, and in general no longer than three years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to protect our legal claims.
Our e-mail is hosted by THINline s.r.o. (Český hosting) in the Czech Republic, which acts as our processor.
4. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing. Besides the processors named above, we disclose data only where required by law or with your consent.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@brayyn.org.
